CfP: Romantic Elements: Rocks, and Stones, and Soil, 1750–1850 (at the University of Manchester)

Please find linked here a call for papers which will be of interest to anyone working on eighteenth century or Romantic ecologies. The conference, entitled 'Romantic Elements: Rocks, and Stones, and Soil, 1750–1850,' will be held at the University of Manchester from 25–26 June, 2026, with keynotes from Jeremy Davies (Leeds) and Stephanie O'Rourke (St. Andrews).

The conference is accepting abstracts up to 30 January 2026.
